「Only dislike was that hot water in our shower/bathtub was not set at temperature as hot as we preferred. Owner adjusted upward at our request second night of our three night stay. Hot tub in spa hot as we like and enjoyed.」

The two queen beds were clean and very comfortable. The outside of the motel is deceiving as it gives camp vibes. I would have enjoyed an ice machine, snack machine and a coffee maker with better choices of coffee with creamer. The motel is so close to SPAC which was a huge plus. 「Staff were super cheerful and helpful, all of them. They provide free parking, free drinks 5-7pm and free breakfast w/ made to order omelets? That’s a lot of value. I have stayed at dozens of hotels but I was very surprised at how well this place was run and how much I enjoyed it. Top place in Saratoga and perfectly located」

「It was clean and the front desk check-in and check-out staff were very nice. When I asked for a shuttle, the very nice front desk staff got yelled at by her manager (S—) right in front of me. I guess she radioed someone they don’t want driving. It was uncomfortable and embarrassing for her as well. Not very professional. Breakfast was fine except the milk was curdled and no pancake machine 😢. Luckily, I put it in my coffee and didn’t just drink it out of the carton. The bed was comfortable,...
