"Breakfast and dinner were excelletn good coffee good breads and good variety of food. All was fresh and well teded too"

"Positives: Location was good, close to Belvedere Palace, train station and great public transport links that are very quick into the centre. Room was large and spacious with a desk and table to woe from. Negatives: The check in was slow and there were long lines and waiting times. This could easily be resolved with more staffing or sharing check in links in advance, so crazy they have done nothing about it. No facility for making coffee in-room. To me this is a basic essential found in most accommodation across Europe. The fact I have paid for a studio with a kitchen, then at a minimum I expect to be able to make a cups of coffee. There was even a dishwasher and a microwave, and yet no coffee machine, or cafetière/french press. It’s a big miss for me as it’s such a basic and convenient item. Also not impressed that I had to argue the case at reception to then borrow a French press! Otherwise you should pay 25 euros for a kitchen box! "

"Staff was great - very pleasant and helpful. Complimentary water was a nice touch. Location is excellent: about 3 minutes from the train station. Walking distance to some superb restaurants. Easy to take a bus into the center of the old town. Everything functioned properly. The shower floor was super slippery - had to put the bath mat for the floor in the shower so that we didn’t slip and fall."

"The bathroom configuration was a little awkward-but we managed . With 3 adults in the room it was a bit tight."

"En mi opinión, este hotel difícilmente es cuatro estrellas, no cinco como dice Orbitz, en la habitación tenía un sillón ruido en la parte del descanso de los brazos. La limpieza de la habitación pésima no lo recomiendo porque es un fraude de qué es cinco estrellas, le comenté al manager y estaba tan apenado que quería darme un Upgrade que ya no acepté, además para desayunar únicamente tienen Bufette que vale €36 por persona. Si quieres un desayuno continental no tiene lo cual es ridículo"

"Great hotel with an excellent location in downtown Budapest, walking distance to historical landmarks and the Danube River. Great selection of breakfast included. Great staff, no noise coming from outside the hotel to the rooms, and very comfortable beds."
