“Gentleman at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful, even though it was 3am. The next morning we didn't have a hairdryer. Another gentleman came and apologised, even brought us 2 complimentary drinks as an apology from the cafe next door (which I also recommend....marshmallow pudding and the apple cake)”
