“We love to be able to walk everywhere and this place allows us to walk to all the stores. The pier is only a short walk. Live music at a few places on Friday and Saturday nights. Also a couple minute walk. Went to the market at the park. Found a great used book store. The only place we drive to was the beach. Only a five minute drive to the park (With bathrooms), where you can park and walk to the beach. The cottage was great. Room for two. Washer dryer, big shower great water pressure and heat……

“The house comfortably accommodated our group of 6 and was perfectly situated within the town. Just a couple minute walk to the beach and shops. Not all of the bathrooms were perfectly cleaned but overall everything was very nice and tidy. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a great spot to stay in St. Simons!”

It was perfect for the six of us, would have been tight for 8. I rated it four stars because there was major construction going on next door that woke us up at 7:30 a.m. and impeded our ability to enjoy the space. Given the owners’ notes inside about being quiet to avoid disturbing neighbors, I would have appreciated a heads up. The……

“This was a great tiny house! This is the first spring break trip we have taken and the girls love the tiny house and she shed!! There was a washer/dryer. Hammock and swing in a fenced in yard! Very clean and quiet neighborhood!”
