A short drive to the wonderful Woodlands Family fun park and close to beaches. The bus stops outside the gates and from here you can travel to Totnes, Dartmouth and beyond! Also close to Park & Ride for convenient access to Dartmouth with no parking worries. There is a Sainsbury and Aldi just 2 minutes drive away and yet you are set in a lovely quiet area with views of rolling Devonshire countryside.
