the room, while tidy wasn't clean, dust remain on the floor, the chairs and table were sticky and there was a bed sheet on the sofa to hide stains. The drain in the bathroom was seeping water, coming up through the pipes and all management could do was to provide us with towels (lots of towels) to mop it up. This place is in serious need of repairs.

The reception hard to get a hold of at times. We were charged again for 1st night deposit as they said they did not receive payment from expedia. Room was very old dusty in parts, had to clean aircons as did not do well, fridge was not working properly so waited 2 days for new one. Cold water tap in bathroom not working only dripple water out and make a screeching sound. Sliding doors on room and bathtoom kept coming off and tiles cracked. Stove plates all rusted and server stains on dining room chairs all of them. We worked with it as no where else to go. Pool was good and BBQ area. Dryers needed $1 coins.

The room was quite large and aircon worked well. It also had ceiling fans which I prefer when sleeping. Security gates in carpark and accommodation entrance got a bit annoying when coming and going, but nice to know the car was safe and property was secure at night. Still waiting for my deposit back a week later (in “pending” on credit card), this could be processed much faster, considering most places I stay don’t even require deposits. I wouldn’t mind so much if it was returned more promptly. Based on this probably wont stay here next time.

Really good property, we had a wonderful stay. The receptionist is an exceptional worker that goes genuinely above and beyond for every customer no word of a lie. She's an absolute work horse that's not stop and also very kind and accommodating. The cleaning staff are meticulous and perfect at their role. It should be noted that the reception is staffed during limited hours but they do accommodate late and early arrivals extremely well. It's a small reception and as a result they do not have the facilities for luggage storage unfortunately through no fault of their own. I'd recommend this property in a heart beat. 10/10
