“Staff is very nice. And the location is quite good”

“The suite itself was acceptable; however, several issues significantly affected our stay. Although a parking address was provided, it was not clearly stated that there is no on-site parking and that the car park is located approximately 100 metres away. As I had a sprained foot and multiple pieces of luggage, this was very inconvenient. If it had been clearly stated that parking is off-site, I would have reconsidered booking. “Unfortunately, the soundproofing in the room was very poor. I could clearly hear people talking and doors slamming in the hallway around 2-3 a.m., which made it difficult to sleep.
