Disliked: Amenities

Property overlooks the Youth Shack, a youth hostel with a swiming pool. It’s entertaining but very noisy particularly on Saturday party night. Pool furniture at the property is shabby and extremely uncomfortable. Some more practical glassware, tumblers, would be very useful in the apartment. The property is well located and comfortable but not a resort.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities

Advertised as 5 star experience.Far from it. Shower was dirty. Toaster had mould on it. Pillows provided were very flat. Towels were small and hard as cardboard. Mat in lounge area was twisted and could be a tripping hazard. Balcony overlooked backpackers hostel that played thumping music which shook the windows. Based on the way this property was promoted, we were excited to stay there. What a disappointment.
