"Bliss lodging made all the difference in our Niseko vacation. They took great care of us and it was like staying with friends. Sato and Tak made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great local suggestions for restaurants. They helped us out with grocery shopping and ski rentals and the local shuttle systems. "施設は古いですが我慢出来ます。 部屋に入るとキッチンのスポンジは使い古されたもので、食器用洗剤はほぼ空でした。 この点をホストに連絡したところ、すぐに確認しますと連絡がありましたが、2泊の滞在中には何も起きませんでした。 温泉は素晴らしいですが、中国人の方が身体を洗わずに湯船に入り、そのまますね毛を剃りはじめ、お湯の中で長いていました。"

"The hotel has friendly helpful staff at the reception. The view we had was spectacular, and the fireworks display at the lake can best be watched from our rooms. The dinner buffet was very good in quality and spread, thoughtfully planned for international and local guests. The onsen here is one of the cleanest so far. I wish the towels are provided at the onsen baths instead of us carrying ours there. "
