「Property is managed by Arbio, with no reception, but all information for check-in is sent via email, and we had no problems - their step-by-step check-in procedure was very concise. The property is in a great location for discovering Hamburg - right next to the train line, but with no noise from the trains. 「Because we arrived this hotel late, thanks to the reception of a grandpa to wait for us and reply us soon. The cleanness and environment are good. However, no parking lots is the weakness and be careful of trains on the street. In summary, the location is very good, we have a nice night here.」

「The hotel is new but the price is quite reasonable and have good quality. At the breakfast room, one can get sparkling water and coffee for free, and there are some board games for borrow.
