「The hotel staff was not mean, but they was not welcoming. The staff placed copy of my passport on the wall on a clip board for anyone that came could see my personnel information. I asked the staff the remove the copy of my passport from the wall, but they refused. My room smelled like mold. Plus, no one clean my room for my entire reservation. They are better affordable places in the area. I would not recommend anyone this place.」

「整體來說位置有點偏僻，離市區較遠，要出去也必須要搭車，而且還找不到搭車的點，泳池很美，適合拍照，房間很小，而且插座的位置也非常的不合理又少，僅有三個在同一個地方卻是在角落」

「The hotel itself is nice for the price, aircon works great and clean with nice staff. However, the location isnt walking distance to anything (not even a place to get water/snacks), so you have to hail a tricycle on the road to go anywhere. 300P to alona beach where there is things to do. Internet was 10 - MBPs, and GLOBE Cell service is great there. so if you have your own motorbike (rental) or driver service its a good budget hotel.」

「The wall is thin so the noise next door is clear heard,the window is also poorly installed,the next building is undergo construction day and night,so u will be bothered,i didnt sleep well for days,no hair dryer,no toilet tissue,no hanger for clothes,no hot water,when you tell the owner about the water heater,she just "acting" to fix it,actually she knew the problem cannot be fixed,and its been a while,she just pretend that she didnt know the problem,this is the worst among my hotel experience,so...
