“When we arrived there was no sign of life and no sign to say this was the property, eventually a guard opened the gate and said they were fully booked and had no record of our booking. He did get the owner on the phone but the signal was bad and we were unable to get any sense from him. We had to call another taxi and find alternative accommodation. This property is in the middle of nowhere! I am currently trying to get a refund from Expedia.”

“Edit: THIS PLACE IS A FREAKING JOKE AND COMPLETELY TRASH. THE AMAZING STAFF WILL CALL YOU AT FREAKING 7AM “JUST TO CONFIRM” WHAT YOU HAVE TOLD THEM A NIGHT BEFORE. THEY WILL ALSO WAKE YOU UP AGAIN AT 8:30AM TO ASK YOU CHECK OUT WHEN YOUR CHECK OUT TIME IS AT NOON. THIS PLACE HAS NO RESPECT FOR THEIR GUESTS, EXTREMELY POOR MANAGEMENT AND NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE STAFF. WISHING THIS BUSINESS CLOSE DOWN ASAP, DONT STAY ON EARTH AND KEEP HURTING PEOPLE. RUBBISH!!!!!
That 1 star is for the few……
