Bay views / Gulf views

The house is 1600 square feet with 2 bedroom and 2 full baths. There are lots of windows bring nature light. The large master bedroom has king bed, TV, Massage chair is provided in a bedroom. Sofa bed for additional sleeping. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Full Twin beds. The living room has a large TV, 2 sofa beds, a large sofa, and a recliner. The Kitchen and dining room area is divided by a breakfast bar. Living room and dining room is surrounded by large windows to give a great view of the Mississippi Sound. You will have access to the swings and hammocks under the house, great for afternoon naps!
For the FISHERMAN, there is enough waterfront to dock your boat. The canal is deep enough to access larger boats. The house is only minutes from the nearest boat launch. Catch your own bait at the dock. There are NO houses between you and the Mississippi Sound or the Gulf of Mexico. It's only a short walk to the beach for you to enjoy the sunset of Dauphin Island.

Perfect Location

This house had perfect views and was so comfortable. It is located in just the right place on the island, close to food, close to beach. Very clean and had everything we needed. We will be back!

Great property close to everything

Great property especially for the price. Home is not brand new but is clean and well located. My son caught fish off the back dock every night and it is an easy walk across the road to the beach.

This is a lovely property. The views, day and night are truly spectacular. Sent a night time picture from the back deck and the reply was" OMG that cost a fortune" That says it all!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The property gives you the best of both worlds! You have the Bay for fishing on one side and you have the Beach on the other side for swimming and fun in the sun. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had. Wonderful Christmas Vacation

We loved staying at this property! Close walk to the gulf from the path across the street. We used the kayak and explored the bay side. My son caught a blue crab with the crab trap and a huge black drum fishing (released). The house was perfect for our family of four and two dogs!

GREAT PLACE !!!

House was clean and very nice !! We took our grandson for a fishing weekend and this place was perfect. close to everything well stocked and good dock for boat. loved the deck and looking out over the water and my little tiny yorkie could not slip between the slats. Everyone had a great time and we will stay here again for sure !!!

Great Vacation!

For us this place was awesome! Planning on coming again! The only thing I would suggest would be more plastic ware like bowls with lids for food storage and bake ware. This is minor stuff for me just a little inconvenient. We are a fishing family so it would have been really nice to have the other boat lift working as well. 5 Star rating for us!

The stay was pleasant and we will return. Only three issues. There no bath clothes, bathing soap and not enough glasses. Also there were no printed instructions as to garbage pickup.

Great location, family friendly

Great location, great for kids, nice space, roomy and had everything we need. Owner was responsive to my emails ahead of time, kitchen had what we needed, great laundry room. The massage chair was an awesome bonus! Beautiful views. It was a little run down, but for kids (and those of you with dogs), it worked out well. Side note (and not related to the property): you will want to bring your own food, most restaurants were closed or short staffed with very long waits and there is no real grocery on the island. Luckily there is a great kitchen with all needed appliances for cooking! :)
