Beautiful house and views.

Amazing house and views! Loved that there was a bathroom for every bedroom. It was well equipped for cooking. Loved the porch, great for early morning coffee. We saw dolphins a couple times. The beach was beautiful and uncrowded.

Perfect vaca!

Loved everything about our stay, especially the location! Private beach front property with a beautiful view of sunset. Home is comfy, spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. Lots of fun activities on the island like swimming, fishing, bicycling, exploring nature on golf carts, visiting the bird sanctuary and hopping on the Ferry for a day trip. Will def be back again.

Heaven on earth…

If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life, there is no where better to do so. To be able to wake to a sunrise and end the day with a sunset, these views can’t be beat. The home itself is so cozy and has everything you could possibly need. You will not regret staying at this special gem of a spot. And…it’s dog friendly!!!

Sea of Love teased us!

This house has a terrific layout and is in a gated community adjacent to an audubon nature preserver with wonderful walking trails. Plenty of room to cook and spread out for family indoors. The deck was a huge plus as it accommodated us in both sunshine and rain. Terrific views of the Gulf with frequent spotting of dolphins. Unfortunately, our timing could not have been worse as the beachfront in front of this development was closed due to a major beach reclamation project. As a result, we had to drive to other parts of the island for beach access. The reclamation project will be spectacular once compelte and this house may be one of the most attractive on the entire island at that point.

Great House, Poor Location

Photos need to be updated. This home is no longer right on the water. There’s now a levee with a wooden walkway to get to the beach. It’s 1-2 football fields away now.We had older people with us and chose a house ON the water with a short walk just like we do every year. False advertisement. There’s a ZERO percent chance I’d have booked this home knowing this in advance. Once you’re there, it’s too late because there’s nothing else available. This home should now be priced like the ones on the bay side since it’s just as far away from the beach. Vacasa also needs to provide gate cards for each vehicle you have. The home itself is very nice, beautiful, and in great shape. It gets 2 stars because of the location which is no longer ON the beach as advertised.

Looks good from the outside.

Sea of Love looks like a dream house but it does have some problems. The couches are so low it kills your knees and back to sit and stand, especially for old people. The flooring is quite cheap and is just laying on the sub floor so it makes strange noises when you step on it. The decking has been nailed instead of screwed so it’s already starting to warp. It will definitely not hold up to those elements. The tv does not have any local channels, just streaming provided by the renters. Not acceptable at this price point. There was no guide explaining restaurants, local attractions, check out procedure, how to work the tv etc. Last pet peeve, single ply toilet paper. Really? On a positive note the unit is spacious, great location, good fishing, and well equipped.

Thanksgiving Vacation

Really loved the cleanliness of the home and how new it was. Loved it being right on the beach. This is our second time staying on the island and we have no complaints!! Loved experiencing Fort Gaines and walking the Aquarium again. All rooms had their own bathrooms. So no one had to share and that was nice. The table on the porch was nice and the chairs. Highly recommend this home!

Much needed vacation!

Loved this house! I have never stayed so close to the beach! Loved not having to deal with walking forever in the sand to get there. Just a few steps off the back deck and there you are! Location was awesome, very clean, & stocked with everything we needed. There were also a few games to play. Loved the huge table on the balcony & enjoyed the swing also. It was convenient to be able to store our chairs under the house and also could play cornhole. Only thing was it needed to be cleaned or raked under there. Due to being a new build, we found lots of nails to have to pick up. I'm still giving this house a 5 star.
