Unit 064: Welcome to Latitude Adjustment a coastal retreat on Dauphin Island! This newly built, thoughtfully designed 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home, completed in the summer of 2024, offers a serene escape for up to 9 guests. Located on the East End of Dauphin Island, the home features a private pool, an expansive deck, and a screened porch ideal for a peaceful getaway.

As you step inside, you're greeted by an open floor plan that seamlessly connects the living room, kitchen, dining area, and a fully stocked coffee bar. The living room's cozy sectional and armchairs are arranged to face a large 75-inch smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach or pool. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as an oven with the Air-Fryer Feature. Kitchen bar equipped with four barstools, and a dining table that seats an additional four guests makes dining at home a breeze.

The primary suite offers a king-sized bed, a smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. On the opposite side of the hallway, you'll find a second bedroom featuring a queen bed, a smart TV, and its own private bathroom, also with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom, perfect for families or children, includes a twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin-over-twin bunk, as well as a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Step outside onto the spacious back porch where your private paradise awaits. The screened-in porch features a 65-inch smart TV, a dining table, and ceiling fans, creating an ideal spot to enjoy meals outdoors or relax in the shade while staying cool. Beyond the screened area, the expansive deck wraps around a private pool with plenty of loungers for soaking up the sun. The pool area is complete with a Bluetooth speaker and a pool temperature monitor for a perfectly tailored outdoor experience. The pool is heated.

With its location on the East End of Dauphin Island, this home is just a short bike, golf cart ride, or drive from local attractions such as the Alabama Aquarium, scenic bike trails, the Bird Sanctuary, and East End Beach access. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, this island retreat is ready to make your stay unforgettable.
