For old people seeking peace and quiet I cannot recommend this place. Kids screaming and dogs barking past 11 p.m. At 5:00 am could hear conversation from neighboring unit. Did not get a good night's sleep the first night. Second night was a bit better because dog people checked out. There is no insulation in the place that prevents noise from below unit in parking area and noise coming from the unit next to us.
