Never again

Upon arrival i called customer service and the gentleman said the house only had one tv in the house and i had to update him the entire house had tvs besides the one that was miising. The gentleman advised he would send maintenance out to investigate and no one ever showed up.in the 1st room the tv had blue lines going across the screen and the 2nd room was missing a tv. The ice maker didn't work. There were dried boogers on the wall. And we had to wash the linen and towels that has black stuff on them. I kept reaching out for someone to get in touch with me to figure out how we were going to rectify the situation still waiting on that call. I have never experienced anything like this before usingg vrbo. I was there from July 10-13, 2025

Great first experience

Everything went well, the neighborhood was a quiet and well maintained. The house was clean and ready for us to enjoy. My only dispointment was the gaming room the equipment was not all usable, but other than that its was a great experience.

Wonderful place

The house was nice and clean, lots of beds and very comfortable living room. The community game for tennis and basketball looked great. Managers were quick to respond to messages and the pool was heated and ready for our stay. The neighborhood is north of a busy road, gated and very well kept, super nice area for quiet walks and sunrises - loved it. Hanging in the pool in mid-afternoon and evening you can hear rush hour traffic with the backyard backing up to the road, but if splashing kids are in the pool, you really wouldn't notice. If I come back to the Auburndale area, I would stay here again!

Short vacation

The property was great, clean and updated. Love the place, a few minor details hot tub did not run properly the first 2 days we stayed. Also the game room needs a few things fixed. 3 out of 4 pool sticks tips were broken. Air hockey table some hole did not blow air. And most of the darts were broken.
