“I liked that the Acala Hotel was different. From the outside it looked like a typical store front, but when you walk inside you're in the hotel lobby. I used rhe stairs and on each level at the top of the stairs was a seating area. It was somethng different. I was exploring just walking around and at the end of one of the hallways was a balcony with a view of the shops on the street. I would recommend the Alcala Hotel. I will stay there again. Also they have a restaurant with very good food.……

“El personal es súper amable y considerado. Don Eugenio en la recepción hace un excelente trabajo. Las mucamas también siempre sonrientes y amables. La administradora incluso en su oficina saluda a todos los huéspedes que van pasando. Una excelente experiencia. ”

“i stayed there for exactly 15 minutes and moved out to the hotel Obaldía, which is much better. I did not even ask for a refund. This is a lousy hotel, you should not be advertising it.. I took it on trust since you were listing it, and it was horrible.”
