"If I had any questions they responded right away. There was a small leak in the downstairs bathroom so one of the owners came immediately with the maintenance person. He asked us our opinion on the place and what they could do to improve it. I mentioned hangers and a step stool for one of the beds that is pretty high off the floor. My mom is extremely short. He thanked us for our feedback. Within a couple hours there was a knock at our door and there he was with hangers a step stool! It May sound small but it really mattered to us. This place is extremely spacious with great parking. It's well maintained and clean. The decor is darling with all the necessary amenities to have a wonderful stay. You could not ask for better hosts. "

"The location of the property was not as pictured in listing. No soap, shampoo in unit as stated under amenities and bed make a squeaking noise with any movement."

"We stayed in this nicely remodeled house the month of January. Loved how they preserved some of the original parts of this house. Our stay was pleasant and host were exceptional and responded quickly to questions and needs. It’s a beautiful location by the river that is easy to access for fishing. I give this stay a five star."

"Bobbie is like the favorite aunt you love to go visit! The one that spoiled you rotten and always welcomes you with a smile. She had a basket full of goodies and drinks for us that we were so thankful for with us on the go. Of all the places I have stayed while traveling, this by far the cleanest place I have been. I was traveling with my daughter and felt total safe here. We had preparations to take care of for a funeral and came in later at night. She has motion sensor lights that light up the out side area which is great for safety and was excellent for unloading the car. The bed was very comfortable. I felt very relaxed here. I had no problem sleeping here. Ladies for those of you that don’t sleep well at hotels you know what I am talking about. I stayed in a hotel in Johnson city back in November. I wish I had known about Bobbie’s rental sooner!! Her rental was cleaner, felt safer and was cheaper than the hotel!! We can’t wait to go back and will definitely be staying with Bobbie again!"

"Such a GREAT little cabin on the water! Just wish it would have been warmer so we could have enjoyed the deck and the outside. If you are looking for a nice little getaway,convenient to lot's of outdoor activities, this is the place to stay. Very quiet and relaxing! The only negative, wish there was more lighting in the living room, ie a lamp. Other than that, it was perfect!"

"Great location not far from Lovers Lane Boat ramp, great views of river ( you can fish this stretch right out the back) and overall very nice and near new. Well stocked and photos do not show new artwork. "
