The staff was very kind and even let us order a late meal after a long travel day. The room was clean and just what we needed for a layover. The property itself is beautiful and historic. “Check-in was very easy and quick. We received complementary pick from Wilson airport with a driver standing there with our name (wonderful) and complementary early access to our room! Internet is good, the beds and shower are excellent, the complementary breakfast is great. We had the best night’s sleep of our whole trip. We love this hotel and this is our third stay here. ”

“We are tourists for kenya safari, and of course no one will wear formal clothes like businessman. unfortunately hotel people have smile faces to everyone who wearing business suit but not interesting to even say hello to us who wearting jeans and tshirt. that's really not a good experinece in Nairobi. But, there something that I should mention hear that we used the hotel limousine for one day the driver is extreamly good and warm hearted.”

“Rarely do i enjoy writing a review of a hotel because most are good but few are extraordinary. The staff (Peter at reception, Owen at breakfast) made every moment a relaxed and memorable stay.
