“The hotel doesn't look as bad from the outside, but it barely a 2 star hotel as opposed to a 1 star hotel. The inside of the room is that of a 1 star hotel: stains everywhere, broken pits, worn out sofa bed and chair, old school AC that was really dusty, the bedframe was chipped and looked really old, stained and cracked bathtub, everything looked dusty. Everything looked and was very old and chipped. The sink didn't drain well, there was a spider in the shower, and the shower is an older model……

“1. I booked a room online, which stated there were no additional fees. However, upon check-in at the hotel, they demanded an extra fee for processing check-in! 2. Every morning from 8 to 9 a.m., when you're still asleep, a strange man with a full beard vigorously knocks on your door! And when you refuse to get up, he even unlocks your door without your consent! When I asked him why, he didn't provide a reasonable explanation! He kept asking if I had thirty dollars, and if I wanted to exchange……

“ALMOST NONE OF THE AMENITIES LISTED WERE AVAILABLE (except for the hair dryer). No breakfast (except a pack of donuts). Outside property was rundown, in an unsafe, transient area that may or may not have featured sex workers trolling about. Window curtains and lamps broken. Bathroom fan broken with motor bits (filthy) exposed. Microwave glass plate missing. Only good parts of the room, the mattress seemed new and linens were clean. Why did we stay? Because we prepaid and because EXPEDIA OFFERED……

“The overall staff of the property were so nice and friendly. The area was decent, a lot of people randomly walk through (apartments next door, kinda sketchy). Staff did warn us not to walk around at night. So that was nice heads up. It does offer seating areas to hang out and be out in the nice weather, good lighting. Nice parking. Super close to broadway which was the reasoning for booking for prices on Ubers there and back, honestly not terrible. Now I know this is an older motel but our room……
