「Great Place to stay!!! It does have window blinds / curtains, even though photos online shows none... Plenty of towels, rags, etc... I would definitely recommend!!! The views of Pilot Mountain are Gorgeous, and the mountain is literally in the back yard!!! Would stay again if ever back in the area!!!!」

「Perfect property for exploring the Yadkin Valley! So many wonderful wineries within a short driving distance. The home was just the right size for us and another couple. Highly recommend!」

「This property is amazing! All you can hear is animals sounds out here. The little walk down to the waterfall was fun. And getting to meet the piggies and dogs was definitely enjoyable. We really like just sitting outside watching the hummingbirds and the lightning bugs (we dont have many lighting bugs left back home). Would definitely stay here again if ever need to stay in the area again.」

「Could not be happier!! Quaint, quiet just gorgeous. Possibly the best yet. Both porches were just made for relaxing. Will definitely rerent if the occasion calls. I thank The Host immensely and proudly Marcel.」

「Beautiful property, very clean, great host communication. Would definitely come back」

「The place was clean and comfortable! The grounds were as described with a view of the river and privacy. We were able to relax and unwind and visited a few of the very close wineries. The outside patios were used our entire trip for dining, reading and relaxing. The bedroom was upstairs and a spiral staircase had to be used to access. I don't believe I saw that description in the listing which is fine it just made it harder to access the bathroom at night. My husband and I both have trouble...

「Perfect for a long weekend! Elkin is an amazing town and even over the 4th of July weekend never got so busy you can’t get a seat anywhere you like. The cottage is right on Main Street but don’t worry about privacy, the window coverings are so thoughtfully designed there is no concern! What a beautiful cottage with great furniture and still modern appointments! Everyone in town knows the cottage and they were so kind to us!!Come back again and again!!A walk to everything you need and dozens...

「Fantastic property that was nicely renovated despite being a historic house. 3 nice bedrooms with plenty of space and 2 renovated bathrooms (one per floor). A very small FYI to potential travelers is that since the house is older, you can definitely hear road noise on the relatively busy road outside. Not a problem, but it's nice to know!Matthew was very communicative and made the check in and check out processes simple. If I were to stay in Mocksville again, definitely would choose here!」
