“The room was as described. It has warmed tile in the bathroom, which is delightful. The jetted tub was in bad need of cleaning. When the jets were engaged they sprayed black material into the water. We didn't use the tub. The check in process was unclear as it directed us to a wall safe inside the lobby to find our keys. Turns out this booking had a completely separate electronic check in process. (Kudos to the staff at the Sundial desk for trying to assist us.) I called the number in the……

“Everything was perfect!”

“Check-in was terrible. These are individually owned units and there was a key card with our name on it but no room number or unit number. There was no one at the front desk only a phone number to call that redirected us to another hotel. They had no information on where our room was. They didn’t even have our name in their system. We had to try to call several different people to find out where our room was — check-in process took over two hours. We finally found someone who could help us after……

“Great location, accessible to everything. Gym and pool were a plus since there was no snow. The only thing that should have been included was housekeeping. Overall an excellent choice.”

“It was a great stay but I feel like I got some sort of rash or bed bugs from sitting on the floor?? Not sure but I got bumps on my ankle”

“This was our second time staying here. It’s the perfect location close to elevator, ski locker, rentals, close to the adult pool and one of the outdoor heated pool/spa. We always enjoy our stay and during Christmas with the Christmas trees lit outside you can see from the balcony. We didn’t have great snow this year at Park City but still had a great time and even ventured off to Brighton which we loveddddd! ”

“Very responsive host and great hotel amenities. Thanks!”

“At the base of the Park City Mountains Canyon Resort the location was perfect! We were within walking distance to restaurants, shops, hiking trails and a quick drive to Old Town. The unit was cozy and clean and Ron was always available to answer our questions. Easy check in, valet or self parking options and friendly staff. Our only recommendation is that the unit upgrade to smart TVs to allow live streaming. ”

“The host was fine, the room was great. My only issue was with the person who answered the phone whenI called about the checkin process. The email I got said that I had to check in at Sunrise condo after 5pm. When I was running close to 5 pm due to my flight being delayed, I called to make sure that I could still checkin at Silverado. The person was very short and condescending telling me that front desk at Silverado was available until 11 pm. I found out when I got to Silverado that the 5pm……

“Great location of the townhouse.”

“Our host contacted us prior to our arrival and we were able to check in early. The condo was very nice, clean, and was not lacking in any amenities. Would definitely stay again. Ian was a great host. ”
