“I enjoyed my stay here. It is a very nice home. You can walk right out back and fish or just sit by the water. Water view when indoors is nice. Host was very responsive. Please know that you cannot take fish remains to the dump. They have signs, and they told us they do not accept them. “The neighborhood was very quiet. The house was much larger and nicer than the pictures suggest. The fenced backyard was very large, plenty of room to play fetch with our dogs, also enjoyed the front porch. “Great location on Lake Marion. Dock is set up for fishing and we caught a few big ones. House itself is exactly as described. Maybe not the Ritz, but it's Lake Marion. It's perfect for what it is. Very nice screened in porch looking out over the water. Almost a low country feel to the property and views. About 5 min from I-95 and 10 min from Santee Food Lion. Bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped appropriately. Great location for a golf weekend as well - plenty of decent courses……

“It was a quiet and lovely home and we enjoyed it. Our only issue was that the air conditioner was not working on our first night and it was very warm. When we called the emergency line, we could only leave a message. While it was fixed the next day, it was not a pleasant first night.”

"The front desk just give me a room without cleaning. The tip from last customer still there and the stuff on the bed is in a mess. Garbage can is full. They change a new one for me and definitely delayed my time for sleeping since I had driven for 8 hours from New York there to have a good rest and then to start keeping driving to Florida next morning. By the way, it says $16 for the breakfast on EXPEDIA but they charge me $30 for the breakfast at the front desk later. Everything is in disorder."
