「The apartment was not clean. Even after I sent pictures he did not believe me. The place didn’t even have toilet paper! Since we were stuck and had no choice we cleaned the bathroom, stripped the bed and washed the sheets and ran the vacuum. Told owner and he said he had pics from the cleaner that were dated stamped after she cleaned. My pictures were date stamped as well. So he sent her back to “clean”. "I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible experience."
