The food and drinks are very overpriced for what you receive, and the level of hospitality from the staff was disappointing. We experienced very few smiles or greetings, and at times it felt as though we were overlooked simply because we weren’t Turkish. 「Wir hatten auf der Durchreise eine Übernachtung in einem sehr schönen und geräumigen Zimmer. Das Bad und Schlafzimmer waren gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die ganze Anlage hat uns sehr gut gefallen und besonders auch das freundliche und sehr hilfsbereite Personal. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. 「Breakfast overlooking their vineyard was superb. The breakfast was plenty for one person and was very good. Staff was extremely friendly as I had the chance to have dinner at the property as well. Food was very good. If you’re into history you are just 15-20 minutes away from Ephesus. Please note you need a car to get around!」

「All of the staff are friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond for us. Helping us arrange all transportation, helping with our bags, recommending excellent places to go. The rooms were clean and the bed was super comfy. The pool was amazing. The breakfast was delicious and such large portions. This was a 5 star experience and we will only stay at villa ephesus in Kusadasi. The owners are the best.」

「We had a lovely 3 nights in ALTAMARE which has recently been renovated. The room bathroom could’ve been cleaner and the bed was hard but reception staff brought up a duvet which helped. The view from our balcony was beautiful and we had a whole day at the pool with barely anyone there!!!! The bar needs to stock up on drinks as there were no cider or Prosecco which was disappointing so I drunk Baileys which made up for it. I’d definitely stay again for a night or 2 but probably no longer!!!」

Personal freundlich & hilfsbereit Minus Punkt: aufgrund einem persönlichen Fehler bei der Buchung wurde bei der Anpassung der Anzahl der Reisenden ein Pauschalpreis für eine weitere Person berechnet. Meine Erwartungshaltung wäre hier den Differenzbetrag in Rechnung zu stellen. Die Prozedur (Kontaktaufnahme, Rückmeldung, ...) war mangelhaft.」
