“Otel oldukça temizdi, sabah ve akşam yemeği çeşidi ve lezzeti iyiydi. Personel güleryüzlüydü çoğu yabancı ve Türkçe bilmiyorlar. Neden 3 yıldız, odalarda su ve su ısıtıcı yoktu. En küçük otellerde bile var. Ayrıca içecekler ücretli 1 şişe su (1.5 tl) 150 tl yazdılar. Kahve 220 tl anlamsız ücretler. Hamam var ücretli giriş. Yani anlayacağınız fiyatı düşük tutup kalan tüm hizmetlere yüklenmişler. Yazık”

“We were greeted at the Entrance and checked in with the help of the customer service team. All went smoothly and shown up to our rooms. Extra duvet was requested and the sorted promptly. Stayed for 7 nights as a family of 5. Beach clean and tidied daily, pool areas the same. Entertainment team were brilliant and all spoke English. Children's club had things on and children could be signed in and out with no fuss. Restaurants were all clean, staff very helpful and and attentive. We would 100%……

Cleaned daily mini fridge restocked daily. Storage in my room was amazing. Highest of standards across all levels. Pool areas outstanding Food outstanding we ate like kings beautiful food. Choice of restaurants all amazing food. Family friendly and the spa is a must!! Entertainment outstanding!! Cannot wait to come back ”

“The staff was friendly however incapable, there was no soap, shampoo, dnd in the room, the safe was locked there was no personal available to open it for the next three hours, no zero or light drinks available at the bar or restaurant, the elevator to the beach did not function, the person at the reception desk at 7AM didn’t know how to call a taxi.”

“Hotel is miles away from the beach pictures are false, my room was looking at a dumpster belonging to hotel. ”

“My second time to stay in this hotel since 2021. I like the proximity to everything , e.g. Pigeon Island, old town, seafood restaurants , waterfront as well as the viewpoint for sunset. Highly recommended!!”

“根據導航，並不容易找到旅館位置，開車前往，有點難度，後來是請旅館人員來帶，才抵達旅館。事實上，旅館的位置是不錯的，從旅館可以看到碼頭停靠的遊輪。早餐很好，旅館的人員也很熱情。”

“Everything was perfect. The rooms were very modern and clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful! The location is perfect - a 20 minute scenic walk to the main shopping district. Food was freshly served and literally had new options daily for lunch and dinner. Will be coming here again. Thank you so much!”
