This house is located within minutes of the North Gate and Wildcat Recreation area, where you will find an outdoor pool, bocce ball courts, tennis courts, a baseball field, a soccer field, and miles of hiking and/or biking trails. Convenience says it all!!

This is a 6 bedroom/6 bath home with large open living areas. The main level consists of the master bedroom (king), a bedroom with double bed, large kitchen, family room, dining room, and laundry room. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and one with a king bed. Each upstairs bedroom has its own full bath. The lower level has two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 full beds, both have their own full baths. Also downstairs is a game room consisting of a pool table, ping pong table, and foosball table, and an additional family room.

The back deck has recently been upgraded to Trex, and offers spectacular mountain views! On the front porch, enjoy a cup of coffee and good conversations on the two porch swings making it a perfect gathering place for family and friends.
