Two Duck Creek is a great find

We enjoyed our stay here at Big Canoe. This home had a nice screened in sitting area to enjoy the outdoors.

Very mice area

This was a very nice place to stay and it was very big. Big Canoe is a nice area with alot of things to do ( hike,golf and other activites) . Having a gas and charcoal grill to choose to cook on was great.

Perfect mountain getaway

Traveled to Big Canoe with my son, brother and his son for a college sendoff fishing trip and the accommodations were excellent! Kitchen is ably equipped to handle meals in the cabin and the beds were very comfortable. Close the the marina and hiking trails yet well secluded, this property was perfect for us! Coffee on the deck or screened in porch was a perfect start to fun and relaxing days! An excellent choice for those who don't require hot tubs and home theaters to have a fulfilling vacation!

VARY DISCUSTED!

We arrived Tuesday October 10 staying seven nights. Upon entering the cabin we were greeted with a stale smell not a clean home smell. Here is a list! Dishwasher not working,burners on stove not working at times,coffee pod use maker clogged went all over counter had to clean out. Dishes had to be washed before use. Turned on several lights and they were out. We had to clean the grill before use as it was disgusting dirty!!! Dryer was packed with lint had to clean. The ac vent cover fell down and the ac filter has not been changed in months if not longer. The filter was disgusting black dirty. We had four adults and one teen. We didn't have enough wash clothes and towels to get us through one day... We had to purchase washcloths and towels.... The washer and dryer are vary low capacity. My wife did wash every day. This was supposed to be a relaxing vacation but my wife cleaned and did the wash just like at home!!! The master bedroom had an empty tissue box .. Their was a half a roll of toilet tissue in each bathroom so we had to purchase a pack of toilet tissue and tissues. We noticed instructions on the refrigerator or chores to put dirty dishes in the dishwasher not working so we had to hand wash all dishes. Also the list said to strip all used beds and put near washer and we did strip the beds. List said to empty all garbage or we will incur a fee and we took all garbage to the proper place. In summary we PAID a $130.00 CLEANING FEE!!!! WHY WERE WE CHARGED THIS FEE AS T
