“This was exactly as represented. There were no other requirements for this cabin to meet. It checked all the boxes. Great location on Lake Lanier, and a short drive to restuarants and shopping. We had a lot of rain over the weekend, and we wanted to make smores, but the firepit was drenched, so i asked Tony if it would be okay to build one inside, eventhough the fireppace hadn't been used in a while, and he responded kindly to let us utilize it. “We were looking for an outstanding home that was in a very quiet, private and peaceful setting. This home fit what we were looking for perfectly. We only had a couple of minor issues and the owner was quick to take care of those for us. One of the nicest things was when we were in the hot tub and thought we heard something below us.
