"Clean and polite atention"

"The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. It is also close to all of the touristy sites. The elevators were very, very slow and breakfast was quite busy. One morning, although there were 3 coffee machines and a barrista stand, none of them were working. Only regular coffee was available. "

"Outdated rooms, over sold our room , had to change mid way through which was inconvenient "

"Great location! Close to station and wangfujing shopping area. Very clean, and good view from our window, great size room too ! The only downside was, need more staff that speak better English! The only people that speak good English was the reception. Breakfast was good for me but there’s no English breakfast for my British husband. Big bed but a bit too hard for us, and aircon need to be colder."

"Sumptuous breakfast buffet, courteous, helpful, responsive staff, immaculately, clean room, and excellent location. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in!"

"The hotel itself was generally as expected. Our room did not have a rainforest shower that appears to be missing as there was a toggle to switch between the regular shower head and rainforest shower. The clean up each day varied in effort which wasn’t great. Got extra pillows when asked for it so that’s good. The best thing about the hotel is its proximity to stuff like the palace museum and Tiananmen Square. Also close to Wangfujing st."
