“This is an ensuite bedroom with a private entrance. It is clean, well maintained and quiet. The bedding is nice and the towels are thick and absorbent. There is a kitchenette that includes a small refrigerator, microwave and a combo (choose grounds or pod)coffee maker. The hosts have added a few light snacks as well as several coffee pods. What a nice touch!”

“We came to town to celebrate our uncle’s 100th birthday and needed a place close enough to everything but out of the mix where we could decompress. This location is spacious with a comfortable layout and warmly decorated. The appliances are new and useful. The kitchen and bathroom were both well equipped. The location is quiet with food and entertainment nearby. Our uncle’s birthday party was successful and our stay at this location was a great break from the crowd. Very pleased working with the……

“My mom and I really enjoyed our stay! We found lots to do in the immediate area when we weren’t at Dayton Arena for color guard. The property was easily accessed and was super comfortable. We will stay there again.”

“This property is in a nice and safe neighborhood. Walking distance to shopping, dining and entertainment. The apartment is very nice, i would recommend it. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has most things you would need. Plenty of towels and toilet tissue available. I would most certainly stay here again.”

“It’s difficult to give low ratings because I know people naturally make mistakes, but this was really bad. In short I’d suggest better communication and a better system in place with checking in. We were not able to stay because these two very important factors were lacking.”

“Very comfortable apartment, quiet neighborhood, responsive host. Front steps are a bit steep and uneven but manageable. Street parking is a little tight. Only items i couldn't find were dust pan and dish soap. This was my first time in an air b&b, would be happy to stay here again.”

“Property nice. Entering property a little awkward. Hallway smells of cat urine and cigarette smoke. Apartment itself was clean. Nothing to sweep up the floor with when entering from back door. Water pressure in shower could be a little better. Would suggest a removal shower head.”

“A group of friends and I rented this space for Halloween weekend! We wanted a place where we could walk from so no one had to drive. It was the perfect location and the directions to get into the property were super easy to understand. Yes it’s an older building once you’re in the apt you don’t even notice. The apt was super pretty clean and well kept. The upstairs was a fun place to hang out and get ready. Surprising quiet (although we did get back extremely late) no hassel clean up at the end……

“This little place was spotless, lovely with homey touches like live plants and super soft toilet paper, blow dryers and shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the beautiful showers, and comfortable mattresses. It was right next to the playground, like right there! If the weather had cooperated, the kids would have been in heaven. As it was, it was conveniently located with a ten minute drive to the Wright Patterson Air Force Museum which was the purpose of our trip. We had a great time, and in the……
