Pillows tiny and hard..broken/shoddily repaired concrete..overall not very clean or well maintained.I wonder if Wyndam, which are usually quite nice, knows how bad this property is.My thought is a franchisee who doesnt give a damn.I will not stay in this dump again and will suggest same to friends and antique show exhibitors

The place was clean enough it was just terribly run down! I expected more from a Baymont! I also explained a better breakfast! The indoor pool was very cold and not very clean! A huge disappointment for my daughter! The property itself just all together seem chintzy! And a $100 deposit is absolutely ridiculous! I have stayed in much nicer hotels with much cheaper deposits! We will be staying in Springfield quite often as my daughter is attending cedarville University and we won't stay at this property again.

This Hotel Didn’t Have An Elevator, Came Down To Ohio From Tennessee With My Mother & 3 Elderly Women For A Funeral. Had I Known They Didn’t Have An Elevator We Would Not Have Stayed At This Location. The Girl On Second Shift Was Such A Sweetheart & The Older Housekeeper Had A Heart Of Gold ! Other Than That Everything Was Fine The Beds Were Good & Comfortable As Well ..

It felt skimpy. Limited towels, limited maintenance. The buffet was adequate but everything felt more inexpensive than healthy. Guess that's what you get for booking on price. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was in a very crowded location. Difficult to navigate when more than 1 person were looking at options. Breakfast options were ok. Maybe add english muffins.
