“The abode is located in the basement of a very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. It has a private entrance, very spacious living room and a small kitchenette. There was plenty of towels provided as well as an ironing board/iton, broom and vacuum. Since it is in the lower level of a home, you do have the noise of people above you but it was very quiet at night and in the early morning.It snowed while we were visiting and the host was so kind he cleared our walkway too. We would definitely stay……

“The stay was amazing. For being on a farm, the place is virtually spotless. Very clean. Super easy check in. The easiest check in ever. Lisa is a great host and you reallt feel welcomed. She knows a ton about each horse as well. The house was cool. You could easily communicate with each other anywhere in the house with a light yell but yet had enough space to relax. “I loved everything about this stay. The charm of a "Hobbit House" only 2 hours from my home was exceptional. The owners thought of all the details. The house was filled with magic and wizardry everywhere even cute miniature LOTR/Hobbit characters hidden in the walls. “We went up for a 4 day weekend planning to do a little kayaking and fishing, but the rain was not in our favor. River levels were high and water was moving fast! The house has been remodeled and very nice. We did eat breakfast in and there where pots and pan there for us to use. Me, my husband, son and daughter-in-law enjoyed the home and would definitely stay there again.”
