This is a great example of a classic Florida 90s condo time capsule the sound of the water on the balcony and view was wonderful very close to the beach pool was great we loved our stay it felt very homey me and my wife plan on visiting again

Quiet spot on the Beach

What a great place for a quiet stay! It is a quaint little place, that was a perfect spot to stay. It isn't fancy, but clean and quiet. I felt safe. I was so surprised when I got to my room and found that I was oceanfront. What a treat! The staff was great, and very helpful for any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again!!

What a find. Needed a one night stay on way to St. Augustine and found this on Expedia. Would have loved to turn out we’re in St. Augustine into a stay here. The accommodations are like out of the 60s and the friendliness of staff and other visitors like that era too. Will definitely be back!

The property is quite run down. The unit that we had was very small. All older furnishing. The mattress on the pullout couch really needs replacing. Don't expect to check in on time. It may be 15 minutes late. No early check in is available. They have no late check out option unless you are an owner. (This is a time share). It was somewhere to lay our heads but was definitely not somewhere we would return.

Loved our stay here!!! If you're getting in late, after 9pm CALL OFFICE FOR KEY ARRANGEMENTS. Pro tip. They could definitely use new beds... Would make a world of difference. BUT, everyone who works here is SO amazing. Actually felt cared for and they were just awesome. INCREDIBLE location right on the ocean. Beautiful view from the pool and all the rooms. Such a great price for a great experience. Loved it here!!
