「The location was excellent for us. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in need of updating and the pool wasn’t as clean as it should be. There were issues with the elevators while we were there. The room we were allocated had rubbish under the bed. However I would stay in this hotel again.」

「Room was clean , breakfast was mis advertised it's literally only coffee and donuts , the first day I arrived there was vomit next to my room door walkway and a dirty feces diaper laying there . The only downside was there were no dish towels in the kitchen, a roach in our shower, and early closer of the pools .」

The bathroom was nice and even had a few things to use since we forgot our makeup remover. The hotel however was lacking. There was some alarm going off down the hall our whole stay and the front desk was very rude and unhelpful. Two of the pools are out of order and the beach access is not well labeled. You...
