I followed notes from Expedia to contact property with arrival time, unfortunately property owner/manager stated they do not receive messages from Expedia and is unable to access customers email or phone number. Expedia does not list phone # for property. All this said, there was a little confusion checking in. Fortunately...

「I really liked that not only was my room clean it smelled clean too. The staff was very friendly and greeted me on every occasion. I was impressed with the breakfast and it was more than I was expecting. The thing I loved the most was the long hot shower I was able to take. I had such a wonderful time that I am thinking about planning another trip some time soon just for me to get away.」

「The staff of this hotel was friendly and helpful. However, the overall quality of this facility is unsatisfactory. There is almost no soundproofing. We can hear people talking clearly from next door or in the hallway. The hygiene of this hotel is concerning. All my family members got bedbug bites, causing severe itching and swelling. We had to go to urgent care to get a prescribed medication. I recommend that the hotel thoroughly clean the bedding and linens.」
