「I had a fantastic stay at Pulitzer Amsterdam. The location is exceptional—right in the beautiful canal district and within walking distance of the Anne Frank House, the Nine Streets, Jordaan, and many of Amsterdam’s best museums. Exploring the city on foot was effortless.」

「I really liked this hotel. Its location, staff, breakfast, and daily wine and cheese were excellent. The only problem that I found with this property was that it doesn’t have a ramp for carrying your luggage. Or if you have a physical problem, it would be difficult to take the stairs to go to the concierge to check in!」

「The staff are very friendly. Housekeeping is a bit spotty. I would expect a small bottle of milk for my tea and Nespresso coffee, not some cheap creamer powder. And that was not replaced consistently. I had to leave note. And the hotel itself is not designed or updated to be handicapped friendly or accessible. Which in this day and age, and at this price point, is just not right. Still, and apart from the above notes, it is a nice hotel in a convenient location.」

「A small but stylish hotel. Staff are very warm and helpful. Not many but sufficient choices on breakfast. Nice coffee, shower gel/shampoo available in room. Hotel is also well located and easily accessible to various museums/travel spots. However the shower area is transparent with no curtain at all so it's ideal for couples mainly whilst friends need to take this into consideration before booking」

「Great location, comfortable room with a good size bathroom. The breakfast comes with big varieties and you never have to queue up in the morning.」

「we paid an exorbitant rate for the room and it did not even include a breakfast. bar staff came across as grumpy and were slow. the Heineken draft beer was off and we found out two days later that there was an issue with the refrigeration that was kept secret. expensive as well. the front counter people were friendly yet were unable to provide a text or email when our room was available」
