"Overpriced hotel. For one night, check in 3:00pm and checkout 8:00am, $900.00 Canadian. Not worth it. If not for our river cruise only picking up from this hotel, we would have stayed at our first hotel we had been in for previous 4 nights at a third of the cost and LOVELY. Had we known, we would have not stayed at Hilton and made our way ourselves to cruise ship departure. Do not recommend at this price! Nothing special here and we travel quite a bit."

"Had 3 night stay, just to visit amsterdam. Superb location for trams, buses restaurants, local grocery store. We overlooked canal 3rd floor. Delux canal view. Comfortable superking bed, daily housekeeping. Beautiful dining area for breakfast and wonderful selection of food. Staff were very friendly in all aspects of the hotel. Its a beautuful hotel, very traditional and authentic. Thankyou for a lovely stay."

"I had high hopes for this hotel, but my experience turned into a complete nightmare. Due to an unknown noise issue with my original room, the hotel transferred me to another property. While I understood the situation, the hotel they sent me to was infested with bed bugs. I woke up with bites all over my neck and hands, and the itching ruined the rest of my trip. When I brought this up to Krisotel via Expedia, the only compensation they offered was a refund of the local taxes saying that infested hotel provided “upgraded room” and breakfasts as the compensation which I never asked. I told them to transfer us to other hotel but they couldn’t so giving me a room was an only option. And the breakfast? Are you kidding me? after all those bedbug bites?"
