“Everything was great, was able to set up music easily through the tv, kitchen was fully equipped, the window view is amazing. Loved it all!”

“There were several issues. The lock box with the keys couldn't be opened, no one knew the code. The automatic deadbolt lock wouldn't open with number pad and could not be fixed remotely. An employee came to building to help and had me download app and it worked but took over 2 hours to get things working and I was late to an engagement. The TV never worked even with texts and calls made to report it. I was told someone would be fixing that and the microwave but they never showed. ”

“Our family made a quick trip to Des Moines to visit the zoo with the two little grandkids. This location was perfect. We enjoyed being close to great food and the zoo. Although it rained (which was a welcome relief from the heat) and we didn’t get to enjoy the back yard, it is a great setup-hot tub, fire pit, and loads of shade. ”

“This is a very cute older historical home in a beautiful neighborhood. We had 5 adult women get together for the weekend, and this place fit our group perfectly. One of us snores so the 3rd floor bedroom option fit perfectly, just a tad noise from the highway but slept great with a fan running on high over the fan. We ordered take out both nights, great selection of a variety of different foods. Delivery from area restaurants were fast and delicious, under 25 mins from order to door. This fit……

“The location was absolutely perfect being on the very edge of Des Moines. It was quiet, no city distractions and very private. The space was very clean and Clayton was very friendly and personable. We definitely would stay again!”
