Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Easy check in and check out. Great property and recently updated. Fantastic choices for the breakfast. Grounds and building were spotless. Only one elevator was in operation. Super location for my needs.

Great place to stay! The facility was clean and well maintained. The staff were super nice and went above and beyond to accommodate my mother in a wheelchair. Especially staff member Ky. The rooms were very clean. Housekeeping does a fantastic job. The daily breakfast was exceptional. The breakfast area had a great assortment of food and was very clean and very maintained. The 24 hour coffee was delicious and fresh. Great fitness center and pool area. Highly recommend this location. I think it’s the best place to stay in DeLand and most cost effective. All of the staff and I mean everyone were very pleasant and accommodating and truly wanted our stay to be enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Only one elevator working....evidently not a new situation. Ice machines not working or out of ice. The one elevator sounded like a four alarm at each floor.
The staff was quite pleasant and accommodating.

1st & foremost, the young lady that handled my check-in/checkout was exceptional. She was very accommodating, helpful, and friendly (I'm not good with names...sorry). Very comforting after an 8 hr drive.
-The room was clean & comfortable.
-Breakfast was awesome. (I enjoyed the cinnamon waffles with strawberry topping.) A great variety that included many healthy options.
I will most definitely book here for future stays!

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay.
The room was never properly cleaned during our visit, which was very upsetting. In addition, I checked out early on Sunday rather than Monday, but I did not receive any confirmation of my early checkout.
I had also requested Strawberry Shortcake blankets for my daughter and did not receive a response or follow-up regarding that request.
I would appreciate confirmation that my checkout was processed correctly as of Sunday and a response addressing these concerns.
