“Property had lots of potential but the photos are not of the property that I was put into, which was kind of scary and upsetting at check in. The photos were of a completely different unit and bed sizes listed were not correct (not 2 king beds in our unit), and there were lots of issues with the cleanliness of the unit and lack of communication. With a deep clean, new photos, and better communication from the host, the property would be fine. We had no check in or check out instructions and it……
