「The place was great and the residents in the building were some of the nicest people I have ever met! Parking is on the street which during a festival wasn’t ideal, but we really didn’t have any issues. The hallway to the building smelled like marijuana, but the apartment did not and was clean and perfect for what we needed. We also got quick responses from the host which was helpful.」

「We had a wonderful time. I surprised my husband for his 40th bday. Jr even had a bday surprise for him. It was so sweet and thoughtful. Condo was cute and very clean. It was super easy to get in and very safe. It was walking distance to Beale street. We would definitely stay here again. 」

「Excellent hosts and were always available for any issues and questions. This place is as nice as advertised and there are shops and restaurants all within a 5 minute range. If I ever return to Memphis I know where I want to stay. 」

「Mr. Jim and Mrs. Theresa were so sweet and easy to communicate with. Their property is clean and well kept. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!」

「This place is on a golf course, but it's not Augusta. The first night there was not hot water and there were roaches in the bathroom. The second night started off with 2 cop cars and a bunch of people yelling in the parking lot. Followed by the neighbors yelling at each other until 3am (I am pretty sure they are getting divorced). Walking up to the door, you pass a toilet sitting on sidewalk and the stairway smells like poop. On a high note, the bedding was clean. 」
