“Laura and Troy were easy to communicate with. No problems with the condo at all. Parking was always convenient and available. Definitely need a car - other than Casa Cay and Dollar General, it's a drive to restaurants and shopping. ”

“We had a great stay. We loved the house, the pool, the dock, the location. Super quiet neighborhood but close to everything by foot, bike or auto. Our 4 pound Chihuahua loved our morning walks around the neighborhood. The pool is not heated as advertised, so we didn't get in, but enjoyed being poolside most every day. The amenities are sparse, but functional. The heating/cooling system requires an access code, so be sure to get that when you check in. The management company was able to help us……

“My wife and I stayed there for 2 nights. It was nicely decorated and everything was clean and taken care of. We had a couple of minor issues but the host was very quick to respond and resolve the issues promptly.
Overall the stay was pleasant and we’ll definitely consider staying there again. ”

“Burnt store marina is a great property. The pool and hot tub were very convenient. The restaurant was great with good musicians, karaoke, and other fun activities. The golf course was in great shape. Conveniently located to Ft Myers, Punta Gorda. Pine Island, and Sanibel. The host, Jeff, was very responsive to our requests. ”
