“Excellent property! Spacious inside and well furnished. Beds and furniture were very comfortable, and the home was incredibly clean and well maintained. The host’s communications were great, and we would definitely stay again!!”

“Met with family from 3 states in Bloomington. The Flats on East were easy to get to. clean, quiet and we enjoyed our stay. We will look forward to another stay sometime in the future.”

“The property was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our event. The most used space was the big dining room table where all the girls got hair and makeup done before the wedding. The game room downstairs was a fun place to gather after the rehearsal dinner. There was plenty of room for all the guests to feel like they had their own private space. ”

“My cousins and I (ages 36-43) had a fantastic weekend away at this lovely spot. We enjoyed being able to be together and enjoy our time as people instead of partners and moms! The house was adorable and impeccably clean. It was a great location for a quick jaunt to downtown for lunch. Sara, our host, was responsive and accommodating. We are already giving great consideration to staying here again for our weekend next year!”

“Overall great stay. We were in town for a softball tournament and was able to share the house with 2 other families thanks to Anthony for allowing an extra guest. We had everything we needed and close to Kroger for groceries and Dominos for pizza. I would recommend extra silverware. ”

“Property was just as described. We had everything we needed. The carport was a big bonus for us because it was raining heavily throughout our stay, and we appreciated staying dry while loading/unloading our vehicle. Owner responds quickly to questions. Location was great for us Decatur natives with proximity to grocery stores, big box stores, restaurants, parks and banks. It was even close to the funeral home we were using. Neighborhood was quiet. HVAC system and water heating were also great.”
