「Great floor plan, newly refurbished, and location is perfect. Farmland and walking trails surround a huge lot with lots of trees, yet just a short drive to all the retail or restaurant you could ask for. Such a unique property with a terrific host!」

There were a couple of things we found that needed to be updated from the current listing. The most important is that the stairs down to the basement are now located within the main house. The weather was gorgeous for November so we were able to take advantage of the grill, the deck, the cute outdoor seating area and the pier/fire pit. I never received check-in instructions nor the code to access the property even though the information was requested days before my arrival. Upon arriving to the property the exterior of the home was not maintain. The driveway was littered with multiple trash bags and empty alcohol content and the trash bin was full to capacity.
