Only 7 minutes to Canmore and great for pets! Our room was clean and very spacious for a group of 6, it was very quiet and the amenities are great! Only negative was the upstairs showers don’t drain, and the beds are old and creaky/too soft with flat hard pillows. Could use a few updates to the bedding and towels but other than that everything was great and made for a fun mountain getaway!

Our accommodations were very clean. It was a beautiful location. The kitchen had everything we needed for our meals. The queen bed was very comfortable. The chairs had a little wear and tear on them and we had to request a few extra blankets as the sofa bed only had one very thin blanket. Our request, though, was attended to right away and it was no problem. Overall it was a nice place to stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the free underground parking was great!

The room was very clean and we were pleased with the overall space. We did find that our unit was minimally stocked with “essential” items. There was only 1 drying towel, no spatula, or oven mitts or any kind of kitchen products like aluminum foil or parchment. When you are travelling away from home it is nice not to have to pack things like that. We were also looking forward to using the hot tub on our last morning and made our way outside only to find the hot tub being refilled. I didn’t receive any notification that this would be done.

Our room had a very strong smell of fish coming from the bathroom. Was really gross. Overall the room was comfortable and well kept. The bathroom vent cover also fell off randomly and the bathroom fan did not work to help vent the bathroom. Location was still convenient to get back and forth to Canmore and Banff.

Parking was safe and secure. Hot tub was clean and lovely. Our condo had broken drinking glasses in it as well as a broken hide a bed. The bedding had some rips and the pillows were few and flat.
