Great property with lots of little amenities that helped make us all more comfortable. Super helpful to have a few pantry items available also. Awesome to have beds enough for everyone without anyone sleeping in the living room.

Fantastic Family Vacation

Beautiful property with everything you could need! Our family of 14 stayed very comfortably with room to spare. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked with essentials. The hot tub and firepit provided a perfect place to gather in the evenings after our fun day trips out. The property was very clean and the communication with the owner was top notch. We've stayed at a lot of properties in many states and this was one of the best!

Awesome Cabin!

After reading the reviews, we expected this cabin to be good, but it was better than we even imagined. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice, large, and perfect for our group. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook/grill with. They also had three grills, including a blackstone. They had a very nice hot tub and a fire pit area. We loved everything about it, and we will definitely book again if we are in the area.

Beautiful place, nice and quite. Had numerous amenities. Loved that they had 2 grills and a Blackstone. Room to park to trailers with 4 side by sides.

Fantastic Family Weekend!

18 of us from ages 13 to 74 all had an amazing time! The amount of actual beds and bathrooms was amazing, no one had to sleep on a pull out couch. The house and garage was incredible for our large group. You only get use of 2 of the 3 garage spaces which was a surprise to us when we arrived but that was fine and we would definitely rent here again!

Awesome! Perfect fit for extended family. Everything we could possibly need was there. Cant wait to stay here again sometime. Highly recommend Basecamp Lodge. We rent a lot and this was the best experience so far.

Family time

The cabin was very spacious for my family. Variety of rooms to fit the needs of each family. Tons of supplies on hand. Big heated garage for the kids to play in. Loved the open floor plan for our big family. Never had to wait for an open bathroom with having so many. The kids had fun sledding down the hill behind the cabin. The cabin was a bit pricey, but everyone had a great time.

Nothing came out of the vents and also the two bedrooms upstairs don’t get heat either. The fire place along with the furnace warmed the house up. Otherwise everything was very satisfying.

The center island was the perfect size for gathering around and chatting until the wee hours of the morning :) Everyone raved about how comfortable the beds were. The hot tub was a huge hit as well! The house was very clean and everything was easy to find. The contact person was quick to respond to any questions we had via email. All of the girls talked about how we should come back here every so often - it was so fun! During our stay we walked downtown Deadwood, hiked around the lodge and had supper in Spearfish one night! Highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is very nice. It’s well stocked, well furnished and comfortable for a large group. We had issues with hot water and water pressure. They did send someone to attempt to fix it. Unfortunately, it was a hot water heater issue that couldn’t be fixed during our stay. I’m waiting to hear if we’ll be compensated for not being able to shower. If we are, we’ll be satisfied with our stay. If we’re not, I’ll be very unhappy. That’s a lot of money to spend to not be able to shower.
