「It was a great little room for a one night stay for a wedding . Check in was easy , it was clean and in a great location it was walking distance about a 5 min walk to downtown ocean grove and a ten minute drive to asbury park . Also communication with the host was great, answered me quickly and was helpful with any questions I had . 」

「Room was clean had a nice view, the only downsides were we expected by the photos it was more than a room and a bathroom, that the photos suggested it had a private area for sitting down but I realized when we got there it was common area. At night it was quite cold l, so we did have to get another blanket, and the shower took a while to heat up, but overall for a place to spend the night and be close to amenities, it worked for us :) 」

「Dirty, unsafe, floors sagged 2 to 3 inches from middle to sides, dirty clothes in the dresser, rug dirty, tub spout partially off, pillows smelled of makeup. We arrived Monday at 9:30 PM and left 7:30 AM Tuesday the next morning. Tokd Doug we expected a refund byt no reply. Communication with Melrose was almost non existant. Horrible experience.」

「Sandy was a responsive host who tried to help us when issues arose with the plumbing during our stay. The toilet wasn’t working properly and the place needed little functional fixes/updates here and there. Also, the main a/c unit vents were very dirty. Street parking in front most of the time was a plus. It was also quiet and close to a nice downtown area. It was a nice size 2-day stay for 2 adults and 1 child. A few tweaks and it would be a great stay!」

「Bob's place was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully appointed with basically every necessity you would want! Check-in communication was timely and simple. The location is close to just about everything Asbury Park has to offer. We're looking forward to returning!」

「Overall a very clean and adequate space for being close to the beach. There were enough beach tags, chairs, umbrellas that you don’t need your own. Household supplies were well stocked and available. They also allowed our two small dogs. But there is no queen bed as listed.」

「We loved this place! The home was clean and orderly with lots of room for our 16 person family reunion. The location was ideal- close to the beach and the charming shops and coffee bars. The pots and pans were a little wonky, but we made it work. We would definitely be back the next time we are lucky enough to get together. Thanks for playing such a big role in making our reunion memorable!」
