「The unit was spacious and in a good location. The historic features with the stone walls were nice. Check in was inconvenient as we had to walk a few blocks to the maintenance office to collect the key. Then when we were finally able to get in the building the elevator was not working. My daughter and I actually got stuck in it. We ended up having to carry our luggage up the stairs and continuing to use the stairs (in the dark) for more than 2 days until the elevator was fixed. 「We enjoyed our time in San Sebastián and our stay in this apartment was a large part of making our stay comfortable. We traveled there with two young kids and they enjoyed the space and openness of the apartment. The location was perfect for our needs and was very convenient with a supermarket and restaurants very close by. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a 6 night stay. Thank you to Mikel and his wife for making our stay very inviting. 」

「Kitchen & amenities were very poor. It was not possible to make your own meals. There is no kitchen sink! Needed to clean glasses in the bathroom. This is very unsanitary! Small fridge was on the floor & difficult to access with the furniture next to it. It was difficult to put anything in & take anything out. Shower door opened to the inside making it difficult to get in and out.」
