「The place is in a decent distance from FSU and the price is much cheaper than other hotels in its neighborhood. 」

「While this was a cost effective, pet friendly space for us to book at the last minute, it is not the most pristine property. Neighborhood is definitely in transition and the property is lacking - missing fixtures, needs updating (worn pillows, saggy couch). The prop managers were kind & responsive. 」

「Super cute and charming property. King bed is very firm and queen is soft so you have choices! Very clean and nicely renovated. Great safe location for visiting our daughter at FSU. Beautiful historic neighborhood off Park Ave. Will definitely stay again!」

「The house was beautiful! The house itself was great very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We had no issues with the property at all. The only downside was a neighbor’s dog that barked throughout the night, which made sleeping difficult. Not something the host can really control, but worth noting for light sleepers. The kids really enjoyed the game room and the beds were super comfortable! The house had everything we needed for our short weekend trip! 」

「I contacted host Friday am when it was clear heater was broken. 58 degrees in the house for next 3 days. He said he’d try to get someone to come fix. Never heard from him again. Took him 8 hours to even respond. 」

「Pool was green and unusable. That would have been nice to know before arrival. Uses a physical key which only works for one of the front door locks (fhat has a keypad entry) This caused us to get locked out of the home. Toilet wasn’t flushing but that did get fixed during our stay. No checkout instructions provided. Dishwasher was unusable as well. Plenty of beds and bedrooms 」
